Where do you ship?

MamaHug offers free worldwide shipping to nearly every country, with no minimum purchase required.

How long does delivery take?

Order processing can take up to 15 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 20 to 30 business days from order confirmation. Customs, weather, and international logistics may cause delays.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, use our Order Tracking page with your order number and checkout email.

Returns and Refunds

How do I request a return?

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Email info@mamahug-shop.com before sending anything back. Items returned without an approved request cannot be accepted.

Where are MamaHug products sourced?

MamaHug is a curated marketplace. Products are sourced from suppliers in different countries, and many items come from manufacturers in China. Product origin can vary by item.

Are the products private-label MamaHug products?

Unless a product page states otherwise, products are selected from independent manufacturers and are not private-label MamaHug products.
